Sales Manager

We’re looking for the kind of person who can handle our International day-to-day sales to join us at Galooli Power, a leading, a profitable and global company in the field of business intelligence for OPEX saving. Galooli Power develops physical assets remote management solutions for the Telecom & Power Storage industry, using state of the art AI-based technology, converting IoT row data to organizations financial impact. We are looking for a hunter with strong and realistic sales capabilities. We are looking for those who are passionate about sales and technological solutions. This position reports to the Business Development VP.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aggressive International sell-to and sell-through strategies.

• Understand customer’s business to be able to explore new opportunities.

• Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.

• Lead and manage sales people and company’s agents worldwide.

• Account management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market.

• Manage contract negotiations.

• Interface with R&D, support and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve quarterly quotas.

 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of International sales experience, ideally in one of these domains: Telematics & Power, Telecom, Big data / AI / SaaS.

• Strong verbal and written English communications skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior executives.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team. • Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.

• Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, highly creative, self-motivated personality.

• Both Independent and team player, during the various sales phases.

• BA/BSc degree required.

• Fluent written and spoken English. A big advantage for Spanish speakers.

• Strong Excel capabilities.

• Highly experienced with CRM systems.
